i agree with parts of that but and allow though its quick there is a reason why people are basucally giving cars away

ok, but I assume he'll swap the Corsa b 1.6 plus some cash, for the tuned VTS... so what value £2500-£3000?

My Gti, has had literally thousands spent on engine, suspension and brakes... it'll show up many 'new hot hatches' on track / in straight line...

Yet I doubt I could get much more than £2500 for it if I tried to sell it! - I'd put it up for say £2900 - but I'd be lucky. Nothing is wrong with the car and I enjoy driving it...

It's the fact that I know I'd probably not get much for it, despite what it's actually worth, that I just think I'll keep it as it gives me a lot of enjoyment and I couldn't buy anything better for say £6k.

I honestly don't think they'd be anything wrong with the vts. Or nothing that couldn't be fixed fairly cheaply.

You forgot to put oil and water in it to be fair, and then decided to drive it off a cliff. Can't blame the car for that.
