We are talking here about a girl not interested in cars at all, so people saying it will see off this and that means fuck all tbh, its an A to B job and she isnt a chav looking to race everyone and everything on the roads. Scrapyard parts availability is also a no no, we have no scrapyards worth talking about in lincolnshire, plus its too much hassle, she will just go to a garage i know and get it done, there will be no DIY bodges done to fix anything

She'd be mad to turn down a GT3 RS for £800 even if she isn't looking to race anyone!!

A Corsa is probably the best bet? or a Fiesta?

i am thinking fiesta because my old man has a friend in the ford parts department so he can get stuff at trade price, and im biased towards a corsa myself, but ive never had less than a 1.4 so i dunno what the shitter ones are like
