2 hours in the gym is a long time Colin, 45 mins is plenty enough for me.
i do about 1-2 hours in the gym but i do a bit of cardio aswell

I could become 'larger' If I wanted, ive got a decent frame for an average joe to work on, not to super human muscle man size, I wouldnt have the lung capacity to do some of those deadlift squats.
2hrs in the gym I could have been watching Emmerdale & corrie tbh
45min's how many times of the day though?? You've told me before Your a well oiled machine

In that case you want to get out of the gym & buy some decent running shoes chubby.

Ive never trained twice a day, ever. I work too many long hours. I have trouble fitting it in as it is
I lift weights 3-4 times a week, but also do thai/kickboxing and cage.
But for bodybuilding, 45 mins a day, 3-4 times a week is more than enough.

I train every weekday for 45min in the gym weight lifting, i also do a week on week off of gym before work aswell, this week i'll be in the gym before work, and in the gym at lunch so 2x a day this week, morning doing cardio and lunch doing weights
Bodybuilding is a lifestyle and a sport, same as football etc its just not as mainstream. Its an amazing achievement what the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Frank Zane, Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler etc have done, get their bodies and push the limits. Theres a clip interviewing Jay Cutler on youtube about his pre-competition preperation and his day goes something like:
wake up, hit the gym, come home and sleep for a few hours, get up, hit the gym again and go and sleep for a few hours again etc,
its a fascinating lifestyle, takes alot of hardwork but very rewarding even if its only to help you get the physique you want. Its not for everyone though, only a small minority find it appealing etc.
I will never be the size of those guys, and nor will most people as they dedicate their lives to it

yeh, those people who obviousley spend far to much time down the gym wanking away to the weights
i joined the gym used it about 3 times in the month. tbh i have far better things to do with my time than make my self look like a little cannon ball

never ceases to amaze me how people can take the piss out of people who go to the gym and look after their body.
Usually find its the same people who are just jealous, or say they have better things to spend their time doing which is usually just watching emmerdale infront of the tele

good video craig
I cba to comment on anything else, joe public really doesnt have a fucking clue.
Especially when it comes to steroids.
anyone who thinks or says "I could do that if i really want to", come on then lets fcuking have it, bet 95% of you cant even if you took massive dosages of gear.
I have nothign but admiration and respect for the pros, cant even begin to describe the difficulty and dedication and sacrifice required to reach those levels.
Blood N Guts baby..

mark, i have a pre-concieved image of you in the gym, i imagine you to be like ronnie coleman going around shouting "lightweight babyyyyyyyyyy"
but totally agree with what you said mark, normal joe public won't realise how much work is gone into it.
Its like Worlds Strongest Man, was watching it friday and my mates were like "pfft bet that aint even that heavy" so i said its like lifting two washing machines above your head, they soon realised and think it sunk in how strong those guys are

I'm a bit bored of eating 1kg of chicken daily so just tried something different... 1 tin of tuna, 4 eggs scrammbled, 250g rice - all mixed up. Around 60g protein and actually tasted very nice.

im getting bored of plain chicken, feel i may need to resort to some sauces like dolmio etc to keep my sanity.
I dont like tuna which is gay as its so easy and cheap. I had a tuna shake once, really needed something quick so i chucked a tin of tuna, bit of mayo, sweetcorn and a small packet of oats into my blender, blended it up and held my nose, necked it and thought i was ok, then it all decided it wanted to come back the way it went down

Here's a tip if you're bored of plain chicken. If you're having it in a tub with rice etc... pour some soup over it. Loads of different flavours. Cup-a-soup or Slim-a-soup. Cheap, easy, and tasty.

tuna blended with oats and especially mayo does sound a bit rank. Try blending it with diet coke or lime juice

Nice idea craig, might have to give that a go actually.
