They havn't released them with SMG yet IIRC.

I think they are going to though?! not sure.

I've just spec'd one with EVERY single extra £60,775 so it's still some way short of 65k base price!

Are they available with SMG yet? when my dad bought his they said they hadnt been released as of yet?

Love it very beefy and not OTT IMO

I would say Paul would have the prices spot on seeing as he sells them for a living

They were. Audi brought out the RS4 which wiped the M3's ass.

BMW have been playing catchup since. RS4 is what, 2-3 years old now? They've only just got the new M3 to the forecourt.

I know what i'd still rather have. It comes in an estate version too, and I followed one on the bike, just to hear those tailpipes roar between speed bumps

The reviews I have read (all I can base my opinions on as slim chance of getting to drive either) put the RS4 on a par with the latest M3 which to say its the older car is good going!

Hope they dont muck it up with the next one!

See i've read the M3 is the slightly quicker car on a racetrack.

But in real world driving, the RS4 is still leaps ahead.

But as you say, thats from the motoring press, not like i've actually tried either car yet.

I didn't say you can buy one easily did I? BMW lists the car on their web site for £50,625 - I'm sure there is a waiting list etc etc but thats the price of it end of. Unless BMW are wrong?
