anyone got the picture of John Cleland over the chicane at Knock hill i think it was where he's near enough got all 4 wheels off?!

The induction side os on the front of the head and the exhaust is on the back. As far as I am lead to belive it allows for smoother routing of the exhaust manifold so you gain a bit of power.

Exhaust only gave a few bhp due to the bends being smoother.
Main reason was to reduce engine heat, lower the engine, and provide a direct cool feed to the TB.
Already all stated by svm though.

ive got a framed and signed picture of that on the wall of my spare room 
1995 i do believe, the year he won the championship. i can remember going to silverstone to watch the final rounds. so much better and so much more exciting than F1 was at the time
i can also remember going with my dad to the swindon developments factory to see the engines getting played with and built. think he got tickets through VPCC (as it was at that time)
