I'd just leave it standard for the time being and concentrate on getting it back on road

Thinking logically, its winter, your doing a lot of miles, 99% of the time it will be dirty anyway and will get stone chipped.

Think i'm getting sensible in my old age

That was my angle when I bought the thing 'leave it standard' use it for work....didnt last long I cant help myself!!

Personally i wouldn't bother. You're getting a nice new bumper. I might consider the lights though.

I prefer the GTi one to the 4MO..think it looks sheit
