Ive got the same problem with a Migweb purchase off some tosser called Glenis. I have two e mail address and his home address and have raised dispute on Paypal but heard nothing yet.
The company i work for are all over UK and a good mate of mine lives 5 miles from his house so if its not sorted shortly he will get a knock on the door.
I have no problem naming this tit James Fergusson from Frome if anyone knows him pass on the message.

I don't know whats worse. Someone oweing you something (in my case i'm usually owed money by customers) and just avoiding you completely. Or promising you it will be here Saturday, next week, get paid friday, tomorrow etc. You know damn well tomorrow never comes with these people but at the same time you can't say anything to them.
