Fog Lights on/High beams on/Xenon headlights/Range Rovers
They should all be shot personally. You flash them and they either swear at you or just look at you blankly because they don't have a clue what you're flashing them for.

blinding or not, its usually pricks that do it, therefore i'm with Edd, I flash them with full beam alot of the time,depending on what mood i'm in.

i've been flashed for having fog lights on down a dark country road full of pot holes did make me laugh that these people are so pathetic to bother doing it.
i couldn't care less if someone drove with their fogs on, it'll be them getting pulled by the police, not me.

I always flick my fogs on and off again at the doughnuts driving round with them on - absolutley no need unless its foggy! Duh!!

if i had them i would only use them as ben said, they do fuck all for fog, and if they are following you they are incredibly bright and blinding sometimes

not neccessarily mate, can be used whenever visibility is down to less than 100ft
