Immobiliser yes, alarm no, depends on the model. tbh, the immobiliser probably isn't that great.
All I mean is all thoughs modern car windows have smash proof class etc too

by far the best alarm i've seen. you could get a clifford but for the money, the toad is out of this world.
my cat sat under my car last night as it was raining, it moved a little and set the alarm off at 5am in the morning..
another one - car pulled up next to mine at work, bleeped a couple times to warn me something was near it and then when he got out his car, the alarm went off
