i like them, the only time they start becoming unreliable though is when you start fooking around with it, also dont put on a big airfilter, reduces performance

good little cars, great fun as standard even better with some Gaz coilovers on them! one of the few cars that have the ability to feel a lot faster than they are.

scariest car i've ever been for a ride in, my mate was going to buy one and took me for a test drive in it, took me round a roundabout so tight at speed liturally on top of the roundabout and squashed in by a bus - never been so scared in my life but very quick for what they are.... i bottled out of having a go lol!

My girlfriend has a 1.4 16v MK4 and is a Ghia X. I was extremely impressed with the handling of that and the power, even being a Ghia, the 'comfort' model.
Imagine comparing a 1.6 16v Corsa Sport to a 1.6 16v Fiesta Zetec S. I know what I'd rather have.

My 106 GTi in standard form was quicker than an ST My cousin has one too, and I beat him hands down with the straight through and filter (not that it adds much bhp)

Girlfriends got one - have been really impressed with it tbh.
Phase 1 engine - interior is a bit poverty spec, ut handles quite well and relatively nippy.
Hers has a slight BB Bonnet; hardly noticeable but helps to lift the front end, she's also got all the plastics colour coded - and a few trick its under the bonnet.
One thing to watch out for is the rust around the rear arches and oil useage, they do drink oil and if the light ever comes on; you literally have a couple of miles before it's empty

Sounds good - I loved the greabox in my missus' 1.4 16v Fiesta, clutch is very short as well compared to a Corsa.
