the simple soulotin to the smack-heads, would be to make "shoot up" points.

were heroin addicts could go and get a hit everyday for free and in a safe enviroment.
this would cut crime a hell of a lot, save taxpayers millions and make the uk a better place.

of course the govement wont do this because drugs are bad and the war on drugs seems to be a great idea.

when will the goverment grow some balls and take there head out of there ass.

the govement, im sick of paying my money to keep them inside a prison were its easyer for them to score than it is on the streets.
The money they cost the police/law/courts is rediculose chasing these clowns all day.
think of all the crime it makes, not just robberys ect the Dealers pushing drugs ect.
the govement would save so much which they could put back into this program, which frankley would not be expensive - its heroin.
and be £ up .

currently were paying millions a year to lock up ppl who are always reofending,not kicking there habbit.
yeh course the program would have to be paid for by us.
id rather it was on that, than wasting money on a problem that you carnt fix by locking ppl up.Its just one big vicisos "sp" circle.
and thats just the addicts, what about all the crime,money being spent on the dealers,trafficers,crime related to heroin. (theres a hell of alot of it)
it would be a lot cheaper to do a program as suggested.
but the govement are mugs

methodones hardley heroin tho is it steve, it may be a "alternative" ( a treatment to help ease of heroin) but not many ppl use it

yes, exactly its due to them being told to kick it or to be locked up.
the fact is theres thousands more ppl who are on the streets shooting up without the police busting them. its about making the community a safer nicer place to live in

you can actually get a Naltrexone for free and people are being subscribed to it, where people can inject heroin and not get the 'buzz' from it
