Not that one, but theres one in Ireland (or used to be, it was up for sale at about £40k) that was a custom 4x4 system.

Full works on it, huge brakes up front, 4 pots on the rears, about 250bhp, but the engine could run more but was in a mild tune state etc....

Was up for sale and not seen it since. Was built by the seller.

how well do the 4wd corsas and novas handle? wouldnt the short wheel base be a negative?

It would take time money and effort aswell as plenty of workspace/equipment i would think.

Oh and smartarse elvis rang, he wants his wheels back.

4x4s genrally handle better with a shorter wheelbase .. ie the old swb audi quattro and the norris evo .. but its not all down to wheelbase

also if your going through all the work of 4x4,ing a corsa would it not better better to use an evo engine/running gear etc?? something that works better than a crappy old vaux 4x4 system .. i know its not as bad as some people make out but there are just better things out there

i cant see cornering being a problem realy unless its YAW is completely in the wronge possition which i doubt it will be as its so short and the power being to the front wheels the majority of the time. as for using another setup, well i was gona try and make it a bit cheaper i know its not gona be a budjet project but it wouldnt be as crazy as using jap or german running gear. cheers for the input keep it comin.

In that case you may as well just buy an evo?
