my local vauxhall dealer in lanark know everything, even get you opel bits no problem

please dont tar all vaux dealerships with the same brush!
I work for a family run dealership and we have just been voted for the second quater in a row as the best vauxhall dealership for customer satisfaction
but it sounds like some others are not helping themselves!

Most are pretty stupid though, I went in one day and asked for some exhuast manifold nuts, he then asked me if i wanted the studs or the "nut things" ::laugh

As i general rule i think vauxhall are pretty hopeless. I gotta message the other day from my local dealer telling me my car needed servicing (which would have been helpful, if they hadn't serviced it the month before).

lol I think its a hard job on parts tbh unless you were a mechanic and wanted a desk job
most parts peeps have never been under a bonnet
our parts manager had to change from being a mechanic due to a back injury
so he is pretty clued up
which helps!

at least you could get some mudflaps even they where the wrong ones, they wouldnt even get some break disc screws, i replyed with what if you had a corsa b service and it needed break dics and pads and new screws what would you do then, i got a reply of we would get some in, i said im a customer and you cant get me any in, great service you offer lol
