TBH, to me that's an advert for going on trackdays and not driving like that on the road more than anything.

None of them would have been seriously hurt, and it's all marshalled so you get rescued if it does go wrong, it's not like that on the road and it's probably less of a risk at Combe as there's more runoff.

The white Cossie curse strikes again

Not if the car you're driving is your only car, and what you've worked hard for i.e. my dad taking his M3 on a track day.

imho, you should only do a track day, in a track specific car, which you're prepared to 'bin'.

Or just don't go to an 'action' day at any of the UK circuits as they're notorious for it.

When you drive the track the corner looks alot wider than it really is, on the outside of the circuit it really looks more like a long hairpin. I had the back end out round there last year but managed to keep it in control. My brother ran wide onto the grass at rally day this year but kept it going.

Some of the speeds they enter that at

In the first part of the video considering they hit the tyres they're doesn't appear to be any/much damage.

End is mental though.

Quarry corner is pretty slippy.

My car slid quite a bit round there and I was taking it easy!

I saw that senator that was in the Eurofest report in TV hit the wall round quarry corner. She was fooked

haha yeh they always say 'take it easy into quarry'

problem is, it's at the end of the main quickest straight... Just before it, there's a uphill rise which compresses the suspension, then you come over the top and the car goes light, then it turns slightly left, before the right hander... which means if you go in too fast, your fucked... You get on the brakes and u spin out and crash, you try to hold it at the pace your going you understeer and crash haha

Though I must say those barriers were doing a good job taking most of the blow, and bouncing the cars, rather than smashing them up.
