do what you want to be honest, its a chap old car like it matters if its not what everyone else does to a rallye.
black wheels and silver badges will give it a cool monochrome look

Na, comp 2's are only available up to 16", you need 17's on a 306.

love those speedlines , i think 17s will take to much away from performance though, speedlines or compo's are defo on the cards now though

Not really, i cant explain it at all, but from what i always here larger wheels hinder performance, not entirely sure why

Larger overall diameter tyres than standard would give you taller gearing effectivly, heavier wheels/tyres would increase car weight.

I dont think either would be an issue if you choose your wheels & tyres carefully.
