Yeah well the tikka starter is just a few bits of chicken, the tikka masala i will eat with the rice and nan, and then i'll polish of the tikka main after.

I work 40-50 hours for my day job, i work 20 hours on the doors, i train at the gym 3 times a week, i thai box 2 times a week and work on my cage fighting once a week... my body needs fuel

Essentially, i don't have breakfast/dinner/tea... i have meal 1,2,3,4,5,6 and sometimes 7,8 depending on goals.

But for today, meal 1 was 15 eggs (12 whites, 3 whole), a bowl of oats and a pint of OJ.

I love pasta & rice and stuff like that. I pretty much life off it.

I have wholemeal pasta though. Its better for you than the white stuff.
