yes stavs.

how anyone can charge £3k for a conversion baffles me, unless it has a fully rebuilt engine. after all:

old c20let: £800
f20 box: £50
fitting kit: £350
8 hours labour to remove and refit: £360
bits and bobs such as pipes/bolts: £50 max

how the fcuk do they come up with £3000???

same amount of work, jusy needs different parts and engines are more expensive. also a few more hours labour.

Good old ace ..........I've had a few engines off them and bits and bobs done,not a fan of there work but a bargain can be had from them if you know what your looking at.

beardy at the time could not find an engine , given dues he tried his best , but in all when she comes back from lagonda with new turbo and evverything i have been promised she should be running 220bhp , not bad really , and i know now she will be worth the money when i sell her in about 6 weeks

ace vauxhall are now being inspected by trade and standards so im not arsed already have civil claim lined up for the sum of £4657 including travelling , solicitor and lost earnings , so either way i get my money back
