I HAVE to ex foliate morning and night (when i clean my teeth) because my skin is SHIT otherwise and we are talking BIG SPOTS that you can even name.

don't you find doing twice a day a bit harsh on the skin?

I use to exfoliate twice a day, but i found it to cause my skin to go a little red and super dry.

I tend to exfoliate once every other day and use a gel based facial wash in between. Use a which hazel moisturiser every day, could stuff

p.s - re-reading this sounds sooooo fucking gay, but nevermind

Only thing I use is hand cream if ive been doing some manual work, like I was out in the garden today working so put some on when I came in, & last week I was in the workshop pipeing up an icp machine with 6mm stainless pipe....hands were FUCKED!! after a full shift using manual pipe benders & cutters so I used a little moisturising hand cream so that when I feel my missus growler at the weekend I dont have hands like Freddy Kruger.

As for the rest of the stuff...do I fuck im a man not a ponce!!

There is a limit for lads i think, when they have a full blown convo with a girl about what they do and what products they use then its pretty much gay.
