I've been known to smoke a gree substabce several times after work when I have been possed off with the stupidity of the people around me. It makes me think like them.

I have to get out the flat when angry/upset otherwise I fall into a pit of depression and go crazy.

I take my iPod and go for a walk somewhere. Or get in my car, drive to the beach and listen to my iPod while walking in the surf.

One thing I’ve done which I wouldn’t recommend is punched a reinforced window through and cut a large section of my little finger off...this was on Christmas Eve and was only due to the copious amounts of Mr Alcohol in my system. I spent Christmas day in A&E

Ideally you should stay off alcohol when angry/upset. IMO, all alcohol does is amplify the thoughts and feelings locked away in the back of our minds, this is why I think threes so much fighting etc. Obviously this can work the opposite way, if you’re happy and get drunk…you’ll enjoy it

upset pissed off, then i'd be crying... i'm a wuss

pissed off angry, then i'd be out having a drive with some good tunes on, probably not sticking to the speed limit

I've also done a door while i lived at home. Come to think of it, i never paid my parents any money to replace it.

I think i'll slip them some cash. i totally forgot about this one
