Sapphire Cossie Leather recaros , drivers seat needs sorting thou , dunno if im gonna fix them or sell them off ?? opinions ??





And here is the fuked engine lol bit rough as well but should tidy up good , just need to get it running first then get stuck in about it





and the wee thing that caused the problem





Yup a pulley sheared off so , needs new valves possibly valve guides , new timing belt kit and the bolt re drilled out the block , hopefully shouldnt be that bad , going away tonight / tommorow for to start the work on it

Brief spec of the car :

c20 let with ph2 chips , uprated acctuator , evo ?? sumin intercooler , full 3 " exhaust system , hi flow fuel pump , thats all i know of , has a rr printout somewhere im told from ava producing 294 bhp when it was working

Bilstein coilovers , turbo brakes , speedlines , fancy alarm & imob , Sapphire cossie leather interior , few other bits and pices ,

Plans are get it up and running first then tidy up engine bay , new front gsi bumper , std headlights , decent tyres , and have some fun

Opinions suggestions welcome ,

might be a lot more damaged than that if your unlucky, iv known cam shafts snaps, and pistons needing to be repaced and all

yeah , hopefully it aint as happened about 20mph if your lucky , but if worst comes to worst i will need to source a bottom end , cams are fine

id be checking those pistons carefully when its in bits.

if the valves have twatted the crowns, it could well have cracked the piston down to the recess on the first piston ring groove.

yup it will be checked , got the guy that built my last corsa turbo on the job , and i do believe he knows this car inside out

remember this now, the guy had a lot of problems with it IIRC, His mate had an evo viii that i beat on the m8 in my astra turbo, also raced his mates scoob, but the EML came on and i bricked it

yeah it had been at billys a few times but was running sweet prior to the pulley givin way its at billys now so fingers crossed wont be too long till its back out so i can get all the other wee niggly bits sorted

my bottom key way bolt sheared and i ended up having to get a full rebuild, new pistons etc
