Yeah i missed that part
The Fabia is a weird car! Some days in some angles it looked really good but others it just looked like a standard Fabia And mine was black too which makes any car look better! Silver would be worse?

you neednt worry about either in either car, the turbo is exactly the same in both anyway as is the engine actually
and i would agrre about black looking better but i think silver looks better in the fabia, the details are kinda list in the colour when its black

Golf. I understand you're going to be doing hundreds of miles a week. I would find the bigger car more comfortable.

How much can you pick a Fabia VRS up for these days, in the market for a new car and quite like them.

You lazy git Colin I've stripped the door cards off the Corsa, put them back in properly, been for a drive, went Tesco, cleaned the inside of the car, washed it and waxed it. Did need a little kip after all that though Just fixing a mates computer, drop it off and pick up some more bits for me car and then off out for the night

not read any of this, but imo the fabia is nicer looking? golf startin to look a bit.......
but also once heard or read (could of been top gear) out of all the golfs (leon. tt what ever else it is) the actual golf is the worse buy

TBH the only golf worth getting is the 150 or a modded GTI.
Looks nicer than the fabia too

I'd go for the golf if your doing alot of miles.
A chipped VRS is quicker thaN a 150 Golf standard. So if the Vrs is £500 cheaper..........?

Is that golf from Braidwood? Beware some dodgy goings on there sometimes.

a standard vrs will be about the same performance as the standard golf, the same goes for if both are remapped

Are they both the same engine (i know one is 130 and the other is 150). Whats the difference. If it's down to the ecu and they both get the same power after a remap, then i say the lighter car might just win that one.

Must add it was the 2nd and 3rd synchro that went and also another part which i canny remember.
They have done a couple which they found to be mapped and they fuked them off because it voided the warrenty.Luckily mine had the map taken off so i got away with it.

Thats like the 7th car ive been to see/phoned about in the last 7 days that ive missed out on.......just been sold!!
Takes the piss - Im seriously starting to think i am just not meant to buy a diesel!! Part of me wants to give in & buy something silly like a scooby or M3 EVO for 4-5k & just spend the rest on petrol
