Lee will advise, you can trash it from new, it will make more power, and last less time

or take it easy, change oil after 200? miles, the raise revs to 4k ?. then change again after 500 and 1000

remember to vary revs as well up to inforced limit, doing 500 at 70mph at 4k consistantly is no good

soreally on a rebuilt engine......
mix the two.... thrash it some days.........take it steady others.

Hopefully et the best of both worlds?

will be what i probably do

edit = oh and it says on that page no synthetic oil for 1500 miles - is all valvoline non-synthetic???

On a rebuilt engine make sure you vary the load as the piston rings need to expand and contract.

First 300-500 miles up to 3 k then after that vary it up to 5k then after that drive it normally.

Doing a long journey on a mtorway is not advisable start stop trafic is perfext as you wary the load at all times etc etc.

make sure you drop the oil at 500 miles as it will rid the engine of any shavings/detergents
