my worst experience was back when i was 15/16, i used to ride BMX alot, and during the school holidays Rampworx (skatepark) would be open from 12-10 and we would go all day. i took 3 litres of kick, as robin described and drunk 2 litres of it, by the time it was 8/9pm i got onto the third bottle and my arms were shaking and couldn't ride
