ah i see,tbh i didn't want something that had bits of colour showing though but could be nice on some cars.

at long last i've got my car back after waiting let down after let down for an xe engine(either daft money or no-one will part with them!)

spent the day taking the engine out and stripping it,

shopping list

crank re-grind and balance
flywheel lightened and balanced
uprated big end and main shells
high pressure oil pump
re-bore
new rings
arp rod and flywheel bolts
metal head gasket
worked head
road rally cams

engine work to commence monday

hoping this 1 will last more than a week!
