woah dude! i tore my gastronemius or something in my calf about 3 momths ago!

i cudnt walk and woke up in agony screaming at night with pain...

its not as simple as just leavin it a few days! i had 6 weeks of rest and physio, as the scar tissue needs to be broken down and the muscle needs to be restrengthened, if you have tron it theres no way ull be running around for paint ball on friday!
