yeah not questioning yours, but theres a law stating a car has to be insured to be used/parked on the public highway, even you driving it itrs uninsured but you are insured if you have an accident

so can i drive someone elses car eg, my bros corsa legally? on 3rd party quinn insurance?

i dont know, ring them and ask them. theyre very helpful people even though i didnt have a policy with them

They told me on the phone that as long as the car you want to drive is insured by the owner and have their permission that you are insured on it if you drive it. If you are insured TPFT then you are insured on the other persons car TP

when did you ring them? 2 weeks ago they said the other vehicle just had to be owned/registered by someone else and said that the insurance document covered whoever to drive any road legal vehicle not belonging to them. it doesnt state in the insurance my mate has that the car he is driving has to be insured by anyone else at all.
