BMI is the biggest pile of shite ever, nearly all our top athletes are overweight according to it. It measures height against weight, how can you gauge off that whether someone is overweight or not?

I'm overweight according to that but only because I weight 210lbs and i'm 6ft 3/4ins... yet i have a body fat percentage of 10-12% - go figure
