That is ture and it is there for that very reason. If you didn't ban whoever was on Gary's computer, that person could have insulted more people. I do understand why you did it.
I bet a lot of people have now learnt from this and are loging off when they leave so this doesn't happen to them.
If you choose to lift Gary's ban i'm sure that he'll think twice before he walks away from his computer.
