was not my fault, it was a taxi driver moved into my lane. he dint stop BUT he called the police about an hour later and re-ported he might of caused a road traffic incedent MIGHT yer right !
police gave me his name and reg number dont no why though ?
would like to add... watford ambulance service are fucking top ! i mean they are probilly the most helpfull and carefull people i have ever met ! absolute stars !
and i need to contact a lad who pulled over a pulled me out of the car and waited with me until the police, and ambulance service came

police gave you details so you can phine the details to your insurance company and they can make inquiries into who caused the accident so you can claim off their insurance

ash, he was a CS user, he dindt really care as were mates, he said fuk the car as your ok thats all that maters 
monsta ? cant help you there, but i have met Ian quite a few times, sort of no him ? thats all i can say
hamish, from what i can remember the car was pretty bad tbh, my mate went to the crash site today for me to look for my front door keys, he found a spoke from my alloy wheels and see the barriers on both sides of the road painted arden blue

Not necessarily, no ticket means the police have no interest in the accident. The property owners of whatever street furniture you damaged may have though. Two different parties.

mate i would really think about this, the police gave you his details as he pulled into your lane and you had to take avoiding action, just because you didnt hit him doesnt mean he isn't liable. even if you are going to scrap the car claim for it as you will not be covered if something comes back to haunt you (road furniture, any injuries you may develop etc, if you ever need physio etc), and plus it would then come off your insurance which would bump your premium up
