Dont park in car parks if I can help it!
If I have to then I find a corner space and park it right next to the kerb so as far away from other cars as possible as some people have no respect for other peoples cars.

hate it when people knock your cars with their doors, usually kids who just swing them wide open, or people who just dont care...
it really riles me, they even do it when you are sat in the car, one time they did it to my car whilst my brother was in the car, so he twisted their mirrors back.
But i dont take two spaces, i always find an end space and park it really close to kerb

i do it all the time, if i go to tesco's and i park as far away as possible from any1, i can almost guarantee when i come out some nob will have parked slap bang right next to me!.. why? whats wrong with all the other 200 empty spaces in the car park? why next to me? so why cant i just take up 2 spaces? that way people will just either keep away from you or you have the space you wanted in the first place!

I don't do it, but I Don't see a problem with it in some cases. If its a free car park and not busy then why not, if its a paying car park just buy 2 tickets.
If I had a decent car theres no way i'd park in a single spot.

I saw someone park directly between two spaces with a curb on the otherside. Someone musnt have been amused because they made a point of parking their car up the kurb right next to the mong with two spaces

i do it in the BMW all the time
why? to save me loosing a load of money on the value of my car from dents and dings
the lass over road from me got a huge crease in the rear 1/4 of her 07 plate punto the day she got it
i usually park over 2 spaces next to a trolly park or wall
i will always park on the left hand side of a car (less chance of there being a passenger) if I use the corsa
usually just park on other side of car park too

I always try and park next to lambos as this helps avoid door dings

Ill take 2 spaces if its not busy if its busy ill park in a far away corner still taking 2 spaces you can almost guarentee no matter how far away you park or how empty the car park is, chances are if your their long enough a car will be parked right next to you

we normally aim to park next to more expensive cars or other modified cars, as its more likely they will take care. Also, i avoid anything with a child seat in it.

If i see someone has parked on/over the white line then il intentionally park door to door so they have absolutely no room to even unlock their car, let alone get in it. Thatl teach the f*ckers.
Helps when you drive an E reg nova saloon...... hehe

Would never do this if I thought it was going to piss anyone off. Parking over two spaces to avoid damage in my mind would attract more. I personally would have no hesitation in squeezing in and hitting stuff just to park next to someone who has done this.
If you don't want people to park next to you then park further away from the shop. If the car park is so full that you can't do this then at least find an end space and put it tight to the kerb.
Anything else makes you look a fool, imo.

religiously do it at work (asda) and make sure its directly in view of a cctv camera, also park over 2 spaces in other supermarket carparks.
dont do it in multistoreys etc but im very particular about the spaces i park in. normally go for one on the end or one thats not in the middle of others. drives my missus nuts when we go into town cos she sees loads of spaces free and i wont park in them and keep driving round looking for a decent spot
at the end of the day if the inconsiderate scum round here had some decency about them and respected other peoples property there would be no need to do it but unfortunately they dont give a shit about anyone other than themselves, and possibly there 12 kids who each have different dads
rant over

I do when applicable, never in a multi storey or pay and display, just the dangerous ones like asda where sharron and her fully laden trolly are likely to find their way to your shiney metal
But as mentioned if its possible and big enough you can just park further away

Occasionally done it. Usually I just park at the far end of the car park. Or in multi storeys right up at the top.
