Spot on! Clearly the guy that crashed his bike is an idiot for not knowing when and where to ride quickly, thus giving people the idea that "99% of all bikers are cunts"

I'd rather have a car than a bike any day, 3 of my mates have died in bike accidents
I feel safer in a car, then again anyone can crash, no matter how careful and experienced they are
My dad was a complete tit on his Z1000, thought he was invincible (sp) and owned the road because it could do like 150mph or somethin

Well that then also can be said for car drivers.
Ever seen that one Guy with a Nova 'Blattin' Its way through lights in a busy town centre...?
Just because HE Does it, Dosent mean you all do.

Most bikers leave it to the country A-roads and much safer roads.
Just like you lot...

just back from more questioning its now been proven it couldnt of been my fault unless i was traveling at over 110mph due to the skid marks on the road.the kids mother blamed it on me saying i was racing the bike. please why come out with such a comment?? think its because she saw my car and assumed hmm boyracer it was quite unreal how they judged my speed when i slamed on the brakes said around 50mph which to be honest was just right for the tight corner biker speed was an estimated 90mph on the exit of the corner shocking! bicker is in critical condition and might not make it through the night. the 12 year old kid has punctured lung no left side of his rib cage intact he is in a bad condition but will survive and to answer the earlier question it was the bike that hit him in the chest as the bike was thrown in the air when it hit the kerb.

say no to bikes kids

&&' Dave, you have to see the side of the argument from a differant aspect.
Think of how you'd take it if you were to be the young kids mother. She's just been told her sons Critical and another vehicle was involved..
At times like that its too easy to Jump to instant conclusions.
Boy Racer Image. Fast Bike..
You can understand why surely?

Hopefully on cpcrampton's behalf it will be resolved with the hard facts. The judgement of the skid patterns and marks has played a key-role along with any witness's.

Best of Luck mate.

I've had my 600cc bike a year now and its completly different after you've ridden one.

You notice EVERYTHING going on. From dumb blondes on their phones to a bunch of lads arsing about with the stereo. You have to otherwise they will drive into you and not realise.

As for this incident, the biker clearly didnt read the situtation. I go for blasts once and a while with the local club, and its the same there.

Over taking on blind corners etc etc list goes on.
