I wouldn't go for any of them.
Fabia VRS, nice engine etc. shit looking car.
Ibiza FR, a bit too "new driver" looking.

if i went for a skoda it would be the octavia vrs
and if i went seat id go for the leon cupra r.
out of the two choices tho id possibly say the ibiza.

I'm assuming you mean both Diesel's here?
If So.......
After owning a VRS and having driven an FR i'd say the FR mate 
It felt quicker and handled better out of the box and to be fair i had my fair share of 'Skoda' jokes and was sick of justifying my VRS to idiots with no clue about cars.
