I've not seen one of my ex's for close to 2 years. I quite often wonder how she is etc but that's only cos' I saw her dad and brothers recently who've pretty much disowned her 
I see other ex's quite frequently, I am mates with a few and happen to live close to a few others bu it doesn;t ass me tbh.
Matthew you know why you broke up with her etc so don't feel bad.

Best one was when he came up to the house (we were selling it at the time and it was about 3/4 months after i finished it) sat there watching tele and he grabbed my boob and proposed
Anyway i still see him about, i used to wave and beep when i saw him (purely because it wound him up ) but after hearing he used to kick my dog and lock him in cupboards and in the garden up i soon stopped that.
Still see him about ( his parents basically live at the top of my road) but i just pretend hes like any other road user, whilst sticking my finger up at him below the window of the car

I'm still pretty good friends with my first ex, I was very bitter after she ended it to see another guy cos he was a prick and a criminal and I thought I was a nicer guy than him. Its been 3 years and she has a whole new life now with a different guy whos nice and I'm very pleased for her
