I quit smoking pot and ciggys at new year, havent touched either since.

Didnt use any patches, just done it for my health and feel much better now

I quit about 2 years ago.

Used to smoke when I was out drinking, now I can barely stomach one

you ever just thought about not putting a tab in your mouth and lighting it up, seems simple.

its easier to not smoke than it is to go out buy them and stick em in ya gob then light them up and puff away.

and they taste like utter crap in your mouth i really dont undestand how people can get hooked, fair enough you all say ow its the nitotine, but i tried one once, and after the horrible taste couldnt imagine why i would want to put one back in my mouth to give me the chance to get addicted .

I quit about a month ago,tryed one the other day and i felt sick put me off them for good now..just everytime i have the urge i eat and its not good puttin on weight

I kissed a girl a few weeks ago that smoked, and now Im a non smoker I feel sorry for all the girls when it was the other way round with me, it was absolutely disgusting!
