Do a train track that goes through walls and downstairs all around the house...that way can serve beer from the kitchen to any room in the house without having to move!

I still think the firemans pole would be a good shout, minimal damage (hole in the floor/ceiling) & I can explain that I had it installed so I can tend quicker to the dog as the pole is 5 seconds quicker than taking the stairs

Install a podium and stippers pole in the lounge too where the TV used to be. And then when your leaving them tell them they can keep it to make use of

remove all the light bulbs

fill the bath with red jelly

get jade to draw you naked, like a masssive drawing and mount it in the living room in a nice grand frame.
