as they charge a removal fee and as youve removed it theres no fee? lol
Used to watch something on TV called clampers or something and they said loads of tikmes that if it was removed without being damaged then it was legal to do so.

I wanted to smack the fucker so hard it was unbelieveable. I never want to fight, but he was being a bit of a dick and I needed to get back to work. If I had time I would have spent the whole day there taking off clamps and putting them in my boot to give to the Police
You've more self control than I have, theres no way id be able to resist melting the fucker as hard as I could in the eye socket
ditto the second he tried fitting the clamp with me there id have got him in a head lock from behind and made him gimme the keys, everytime he refused to give them up he'd get a left hook to the ear the TWAT.

He was a fairly meaty chap. Plus I had a crowd of people watching me take the thing off. A lot of people were pretty impressed and a fair few must have thought I was a right badger

Yepp, was my Peugot Punto (according to him). Don't think he damaged them, but it's so dirty I couldn't tell you
It's one of those things that there is very little point in arguing about. It's annoying to say the least.

Should have taken it off the punto and stuck it on his van when he came back and thrown his keys over the nearest hedge

The look on his face was priceless when the tools came out and I just started to take the car apart!
Then when I gave up and pulled an envelope out my pocket with a grand in it to give him the cash he looked a but puzzled

so traffic wardens and wheel clampers are there to ensure that people dont park up and block roads etc??
so why place a wheel clamp on a car then hindering its movement if its blocking somewhere??

I remember seeing a bloke in York jump in his clamped car (didn't even seem to notice it there), started the ignition and just started driving
The weedy little clamp fell to pieces but banged on his wheel arch, so he jumped out - saw what he'd done, then noticed a little form under his window wiper (presumably with the contact details on it), got stuffed in his back pocket and he drove off

Yea, but it's all so much effort. I hate dealing with lower class fuckwits who can barely speak English. I was nicely racist to him and told him that I hoped he died of cancer and payed him a days fucking wages
