had my best mate and her other half down for a meal - homemade lasagne, garlic bread, salad & chips, yummy!!!

just sitting watching tv now, on my 3rd bottle of wine, mel cant drink cus she's 8 and a half months pregnant and the guys are being stingy with the beer!

should be interesting!!

Gym is going good mate, sitting dead on 18st at the mo. I know what you mean about the diet, it's a lifestyle. Im eating 12 scrammbled eggs as we speak

Definately isnt something that can be taken lightly. I was given a recipe of egg whites and oats mixed together then microwaved till it was like bread. Then have slices of it thoughout the day I thought it sounded quite nice actually, never tried it though.

I sometimes mix my oats into my scrammbled eggs mix, just makes the porridge a bit thicker.
