Batman is human, driven by revenge thats all. Therefore he is a "hero"

Superman/Spiderman on the other hand have superhuman powers, therefore they are superheroes. They don't have to fly to be a superhero Flash was a superhero, but he couldn't fly just run like rocket

And yes, Superman is the outright best superhero, i'm a huge Superman fan
