We use Reed to advertise jobs on, it's shite

Reed IS a recruitment agency as well however most of the advert you see are placed by Recruitment companies.

We (consultants) make our £££ from charging the company we place YOU with

E.g. I placed a lawyer with a legal practice and they paid my company £xx xxx for the priveledge

I work for Reed, I get paid by Reed, I contract for The Royal Bank of Scotland Group but my employer is Reed.

RBS pay Reed for my services, you will not have to pay Reed anything!

Reed is an agency ffs. I believe an employer won't be charged for their service unless their job is filled. I can't remember how much they pay but it's based on your salary IIRC.
