There is no way that Merc fits under there in a practical sense!! If you look at the pic they have covered the bottom of the wheels up as they are obviously off the ground ontop of something so the van can lower itself down enough to get it out.

If you also look at the first pic where the hatch is also open, there is about 150mm drop that the car does before it probably comes outwards.

Its called a Volkner Mobil Performance.
Based on a Volvo B12B coach chassis which was chosen because of the low floor and rear engine configuration.
Retail is about 855,000 Euros.
Not sure on the axle, loads probably.
