Paypal is shite. I just do direct bank transfer, or cheque. They may not be the easiest, but can cover your ass in few areas that paypal cant.

someone say they sent me something back as it did not work (after about 8 weeks of having it) and nothing has ever turned up at my house - think they are trying to pull a fast one but £175 at stake. It was a brand new phone and worked 100%

That's tough on them! If they've paid and don't have proof they sent it back to you, they don't have a leg to stand on! They're trying it on!

someone saying something i sold them is fake and they want their money back becuase they tried to sell it on ebay again as they did not fit and got their account suspended

Not your problem! EBay will tell them this as well if they try and report you - which they can't as the sale is over and done with as far as you are concerned

someone send me half a bird cage from germany (cost me £60 delivery!) and 3 quarters of it is missing and they dont want to know! lost £200 if they wont send me another one or at least the bits I am missing!!!

Report them to EBay and you will get all your money back

sick sick sick

Did you read the article in one of the papers in the week, about lost items sent through royal mail.

Well they just sell them on and get millions back each year to clear there debts!

Surely there is a law against it?

Why would they even take it after 3 months ?? don't understand how it works?

Apparently he used a stolen card so it all got reversed. Police were involved and its in their terms so well within their rights to hand the charge back to me
