personally i wouldnt get a loan for a car unless i needed it. whats wrong with the car you've got now?

Some ppl have not got 5k lying around to spend though..I have toook a loan out for every one of my cars...Current car is fully paid off though.

im meanin if you dont need the car. as he already has one. if you just want it for the sake of it and you haven't got the money, dont get it

Loans are fine if you can afford to repay them and going to keep the car...

buy a newer car . I'm getting a loan out in november for a new car. Would love to spend more on my corsa but not worth it.

You'd be nuts to spend £5k on that corsa. If for some reason you had to sell it you'd never see anywhere near like that price in return.

£5k gives you a very wide choice of cars to buy. As you're into modding you'd have a blank canvass to start all over again!
