They dont deserve to have kid's. Makes me feel sick all this talk I just hope to god she is ok, but thats never the case when do u ever hear of a good thing to come from a child being abducted? The reality is that of fact most are murdered. apart from the girl who was kidnapped at a young age and from the age of 9 was having a sexual relationship with her kidnapper, she finally got the chance to run away when the kidnapper left her out of sight whenshe was in the garden so she did a runner to the nearest neighbours house. He kept her in a basement....

Folk are now trying to be controversial to get a reaction, to say the parents have killed her is laughable.

I have no qualms at all either about the media attention, if you find it boring deal with it, it's someone daughter.

Isn't one of them a doctor too.... See, doesn't matter how much brains you've got if you've got FA commen sense.

Leaving 2 children sub 5 on their own. ISn't that illegal in this country. tbh, I can't feel sorry for them at all. If they'd have been decent parents either the kids would have been with them, or they would be at the appartment. Simple really.

Bad parenting.

Totally agree with you there mate.

Terrible parenting, she was 3 years old at the time and should never been let out of the parents sight

according to the nspcc wesbite this constitutes neglect see below

"Babies should never be left alone, even for a short time. If you notice that a baby or a child under the age of nine has been left on their own, contact the police on 999. They will go to the house to make sure that the child is safe from harm."

Cool cheers, first post i've actally read about that little girl tbh. As someones said, i feel for the little might, but no sympathy for the parents, but it really doesn't bother me.

Mind you, they've got the responsibility for the rest of their lifes knowing that they LET their child get knidnapped adn god knows what else has been done to her by someone in todays very weird, strange and sick world.

Germans wouldn't have stood for this crap eh OJC Actually, im starting to think, all this freedom people have, and look how the worlds going.

No wonder the bible was written as a form of control. I don't believe in god, but if people did stick but those commandment thingys, could you imagine how much happier the world would be???

The answer is no...... her parents are middle class, christians, educated and speak well to the media...... thats why the hysteria has been whipped up to a point where it is not helping the police investigation.

So true, totally agree.

I'm baffled tas to why the parents haven't been questioned etc just for leaving the kid alone.

I also wonder how different the media attitude would be if it was some 17YO council bird with a free house who left her little kid alone for the evening.

Parents do it all the time, if she hadn't been snatched it wouldn't have been an issue.

A section of the public are jumping on them while their daughter is still missing which is wrong, they can point the finger when she's been found, dead or alive.

Been there, would never ever ever do it again. Sometimes, a family and everything else means a lot more than dipping your magic wand in the witches couldren for a quick truffle shuffle. Eventually, you will get caught, no matter how good you cover all the tracks

That is so far fetched not even a hollywood director would buy it.

Does everyone understand the scale of investigation that is taking place here and how far spread it is? Do you seriously believe the parents are sitting under the noses of the police sneering under such intense media and worldwide scrutiny?

Apparently, and this is only what I've heard, the family were holidaying in a closed complex, and the restaurant that they were at was within the complex, open air, and just around the other side of the pool.

I don't think they should have been left alone at such a young age, but from that description I can see why the parents might have though it was ok.
I know that when I was younger my folks used to leave me and my sister in our hotel room whilst they were down in the bar (I'm sure we were a bit older though).

From the media I had understood that they were in a restaurant down the road and completely separate from their hotel.
I got the information above from a solicitor that works in another office who was at the same complex just a few days after she went missing.

Had to say something on this. Like everyone else i feel bad for the family and hope she is ok.

But when they've got crimestoppers missing pictures at the till of my local petrol station i think its all gone to far.

She went missing in Portugal due to the mistake made by her parents!
