Thats how it should have been anyway College was great with all the barking lot etc just walking onto the campus and fucking people up over drugs and shit.

its all well and good having a parking attendant but he never actually did anything. all he would do is stand in the smoking shelter and talk to all the dirty smokers all day, people could do whatever the hell they pleased
