Im with everyone else on this one, no fog = no fog lights required!

I fukkin hate it when Im out for a nice chilled drive and you see the 4 lights coming up behind you. I know its stereotyping but you can gaurantee it will be driven by a tosser who has to drive 3 inches from your bumper! I always give them the rear fog light........why the fuck not?

ill admit that when i had my combat corsa the fogs were wired up to the headlights when i bought it but i put a switch on them as soon as i could. hated having them on

The fact is they doo look good when they are on, but I duisagree with driving around with them on. Parked up, showing ur car off maybe.

you were right to have your fogs on davey_jack if visibility is low and you cant see shit its acceptable, the fact he probs doesnt like modded cars and thought he will throw his weight around, when people are on full beam behind me i flash my rear fogs tho

he said he had them on to watch out for potholes

even though it was adark and he then sat up the arse of another driver. the other driver got pissed off and put his rears on to signal him to turn his fogs off as they are dazzling him.

To this davey_jack put his main beam on aswell.

This proves he is a total dickhead. If its not foggy dont use them. And if visibilty was poor why was he up the arse of another car?

Front Fog's shuould be banned IMO..

TBH i dont even think they help you in the fog, they just brighten up the fog therefore making it harder to see through.

I must admit I used mine when I first collected the car as it was absolutley tipping down with rain and there was so much spray on the motorway that the white lines couldnt been seen. And they worked well.

However, this kind of behaviour gets on my tits.

One day you will pick on the wrong person/car, and get either a fine and some points (for aggressive driving, fogs, and generally being a cock), or a good pasting IMO

No they dont. Fog lights are low so to light up the road below the fog level. The fog only "brightens" up (its just reflecting the light of the mist/fog) and usually only happens on normal or main beam (main beam, don't even bother).

Fog lights work, in the fog. Otherwise, you really don't need them.

The only other time I would use fog lights (rear only) is in torrential rain so your more visable to other drivers.

I still haven't connected the fogs on my car in 4 years. Don't see the point, it never comes out in the crap weather.
