I'm sat here eating a big mac right this second as it happens, You cant beat the milkshakes or the Caramel Mcflurrys and Creme Egg mcflurrys even though they only seem to do them at Easter

Not as bad as they're made out to be imo taste nice and if you have 1 a week won't do any harm whatsoever.

I was reading a bodybuilders blog a couple weeks ago who eats McDonalds 5 times a week.

yeah they aint that bad, lots of other fast food that is a lot worse nutrisionally speaking.

And as regards to people saying they use crap meat ect, er go have a look what the large supermarkets use for there vlue range lol.

In moderation it wont do you any harm in the least, whilst its not good for you one a month wont make you die.

that stupid movie "super size me" has a lot to answer for tbh.

ow look at me if i eat fast food 3 times a day and super size it and get no excersize i may get ill and put on weight, gee whizz you think so einstein.

I can't stand McDonalds, the chips are shit, the burgers are always greasy and coated in random shitty relish, and gherkins.... WTF is the point in gherkins?

Although my aunt Manages the Burger King next to macclesfield town FC so i used to drive all the way there have a free Meal then go for a blast through the cheshire countryroads

I can only have fries, as the nuggets are covered in batter (so wheat) but my coeliac book says you can have the burger, but without the bun - think they would give you a strange look if you asked for that
