also if a 106gti is around 20 seconds to 100 (based on my 1/4 trap speed)
then that would mean the vti would be 15 seconds to 100, thats FRS speed

stu those figures are rubbish lol
for a start the 106gti is mid 7's, same as the vts to 60, as timed by EVO magazine.
also the 1/4 mile is laughable, iv seen countless standard 106's get less than mid 15's

I like the 106GTI's but Im def with the VTI here. Just think its a better all round car - Altho as standard it does look a bit dull (may be a good thing tho?)
5 seconds? are you mad, if my old 106 did 15.3 standard, 1/4 mile @ 91, are you saying the VTI would be mid 14's
iv had a go with a vti up to 100 and nothing in it trust me

No Im not mad (but I am addicted to crack cocaine)
I use the same website for all my figures, that sort of keeps it fair then. I cant take into account magic cars that come out of the factory being way faster than they should be!

thiing is some people think a saxo vts is actually 1 second faster to 60 than a 106, even though its exactly the same car, engine, weight and transmission lol

if only peugeot wouldve timed theres properly, instead of adding a payload and passengars, or just used the paxos figures it wouldve saved so much hassle

both aren't without their charms, but i'd rather have the civic, they look alittle worse but think of the reliability

eg6 Vti would be close but the SiR would win
the older civic Vti's or i-vtecs would deffo win anything after the eg6 and its down to the driver

I dont know why people get so stressed about it to be honest! I only put these figures up half the time to wind people up and it works! Makes my day pass much quicker!
I did 160mph in a standard VTI once y'know!!!
