Toss up between the LP 5000S QV Countach, the Escort Cosworth and the F1 Jimbo.

Although there's pretty stuff from years prior that isn't as striking, i.e. Cobra, D Type, E Type, DB5, Gullwing Mercedes etc.

They didnt ever make a road going d type did they though? DB4 is nicer than the 5 in my opinion. The Zagato as per my post. I think out of the ones I posted the 250 GTO is the best though.
