not recently but going by past attempts on a corner weight and my rough working out we estimate it at around 720kg, which would give me a car with 200bhp/tonne. The only thing to compare to that would be my qtr times which being as low as they, for what it is, would tally about right tbh

Yeah I expect it is silly light for those times, very impressive for an 8v.

Not light enough though lol, i could go fibreglass panels and all that nonsense aswell like dhdev, but as it was originally built as a budget car to prove it could be done fairly easily i didnt want to spoil the point of the build

A few of my mates were talking about buying a cheap car just to strip and see how quick we can make it on a very low budget, it's good to see that it is possible with a few skills (which between my mates we have) you can build a sub 15second 1/4 mile car that goes round a track for very little cash!
