i know, i certainly wont be lending him any again, and if it comes down to needing small claims court, i am prepared to lose him as a mate anyway,
i would never have posted this thread but it's his ignorance that is pissing me off

In order to persue a case in the small claims court it costs £80 in advance which he will have to pay if the case is found in your favour, Although i would try and settle the issue out of court as it's alot less hassle, Like i said go round and tell him to pay it in portions he will most likely agree to it

i'd go round everyday pal, even if he's not there. just tell his parents you really need to see him and its getting desperate. I wouldn't tell them why but they'll be that curious they will probably confront him. If he comes clean and admitts he owes you they may even pay his debt for him.

Stay like this untill he either cits his leg off (which you can then sell on ebay) or keep him there untill he gets paid next & then nivck his bank card & his pin number & go withdraw the cash yourself
Then break his leg & give him a wheel chair with a buckled wheel
Oh, you might want to get a decent lawyer as well
Why would he cut his leg off with the saw? When he could just cut the chain?
